1. Bookings and Payments

• A booking calendar link will be provided with your invoice email.

• Sessions are confirmed only once full payment has been received and your time slot is booked.

• Please use your invoice reference number (e.g., SBB-###) as your payment reference.

• Payments can be made via EFT to the banking details listed on your invoice.
  
  

2. Range Fees

• Range fees are paid directly to the range facility on the day and are not included in your invoice total.

• Range fees may vary depending on location and are subject to the range’s own pricing and policies.
  
  

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• You may reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before the session at no cost.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

• If a session is cancelled due to weather or range closure, your booking will be moved to the next available date.
  
  

4. Safety and Conduct

• All participants must adhere to range safety rules and follow all instructions from the range officer.

• Unsafe or reckless firearm handling will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• Participants must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian. Valid identification may be required.
  
  

5. Liability

• Participation is undertaken at your own risk.

• SkillBase Ballistics and SkillBase Labs (Pty) Ltd are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under South African law.
  
  

6. Equipment and Ammunition

• Only approved firearms and ammunition supplied or verified by SkillBase Ballistics may be used during sessions.

• Personal firearms or reloads may be used only with prior written approval.
  
  

7. Acceptance of Terms

• By making payment for an invoice issued by SkillBase Ballistics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
